Henry Budskin is from Faust, Alberta, and originally from Driftpile First Nation. He joined the Indigenous Congress of Alberta Association to support off-reserve Indigenous peoples and ensure they have access to the services they need. Drawing from his own experience as an off-reserve Indigenous person, Henry is committed to advocating for his community and making sure no one is overlooked.

Henry is an active foster parent of two children and has led fundraising initiatives to support youth in sports and recreation. He has worked as a youth worker and has spent the past ten years supporting young people in a group home setting. Henry brings dedication, compassion, and hands-on experience to his role on the ICAA Board.
