Beaded Orange T-Shirt Pin Workshop 🧡

Join us for a meaningful afternoon of beading, connection, and community as we come together to create beautiful beaded orange t-shirt pins. Orange Shirt Day is an opportunity to honour the children, families, survivors, and communities impacted by the residential school system. Through this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to learn a traditional-inspired beading practice while creating a meaningful piece to carry with them. Meet the Facilitator: We are honoured to welcome back Birdie Bull (they/them) as our workshop facilitator! Birdie is a Two-Spirit Afro-Indigenous artist from Maskwacis who is currently studying, teaching, and beading in amiskwacîwâskahikan (Edmonton). We are grateful to have Birdie share their knowledge, creativity, and passion for beading with our community once again.
